Barber made a weight-class switch to Flyweight for UFC Fight Night Thompson Vs. Pettis, where she took on JJ Alldrich. Barber maintained her dominance in the UFC and KO'd Aldrich in the second round and then followed this by tying Gillian Robertson on UFC's ESPN show: Reyesvs. Weidman. Roxanne Modafferi ended Barber's UFC 3 fight winning streak in UFC 246. Roxanne dominated Barber and won a unanimous decision victory. Maycee fell to AlexaGrasso in a unanimous decision. Barber won over Miranda Maverick via split-decision at UFC on ESPN Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw. Barber beat Montana De La Rosa in UFC Fight Night 205, on April 23, 2022. The fight was decided unanimously. Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye in UFC 276 in July 2022. Barber won her fight with a unanimous decision as well. This was the final fight of Barber's contracts with UFC. Barber resigned her contract in the following year. Barber defeated Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on March 25 2023 in UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
